Shipping

I ship worldwide.

Please allow a 1 to 2-week window for shipping and handling.

All original artworks are shipped with tracking information.

Shipping costs are included for the US, EU, and Canada. Original artworks are exempt from import taxes and tariffs in these regions.

For customers outside the US, EU, and Canada:

• I’ll send you an email with the details of additional shipping costs.
• You are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country. These are not fees paid to me but taxes imposed by your government for importing goods. If you have concerns, please contact your local customs office before purchasing.
• If you do not claim your package from customs and it is eventually returned to me (sometimes after several months), you will not receive a refund. You will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. Please make sure to claim your packages.

If your package arrives damaged:

I pack all orders very carefully, but if damage occurs, please contact me promptly. Provide the following: the name on your order, photos of the damaged item, photos of the damaged packaging, and photos of the shipping label. I will either refund you or send another original artwork of similar value. Unfortunately, original artworks are unique and cannot be replicated, so I will mourn the loss deeply.

Returns Policy:

I do not accept returns for any reason.
